- Ultimately you will be acting as a strategic thought partner to the CEO helping them to unlock and realise the route to 10x the business.
- You'll play a key role in assessing growth opportunities including building new product offerings, researching M&A opportunities and partnerships. You will also play a key role in executing these alongside the SLT.
- You will be an operational guru able to spot and fix any pain points in the business before they arise.
- You will essentially act as an extension of the CEO as the company continues to scale. You will lead on internal communications from the SLT to the wider business, you will help to support on investor relations as well as interaction with the board and any other major stakeholders.
