OpenSponsorship
.avif)
OpenSponsorship is a New York-based marketplace that connects brands with athletes, creators and sports properties for sponsorship and influencer marketing campaigns. Brands use the platform to find, contract, manage and measure the ROI of partnerships across more than 160 sports, replacing a process that has historically run through cold outreach and agency intermediaries.
The platform combines a self-serve search and matching layer with managed services for larger campaigns. Athletes register for free and apply to brand briefs; brands pay subscription and transaction fees. OpenSponsorship has expanded beyond traditional athlete deals into NIL, team and creator partnerships, and has built ROI tracking and contract tooling into the workflow.
Founded in 2014 by Ishveen Jolly, the company has facilitated more than 18,000 deals, hosts over 20,000 registered athletes and counts Walmart, ESPN, FanDuel and Foot Locker among its clients. It has raised funding from Serena Williams' Serena Ventures, among other investors.
