As the General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the operational excellence of our team and fostering a culture that delivers on our member proposition and our behaviours, building a market leading guest experience. You’ll continue to grow our brand through inspiring and supportive leadership, working closely with the General Manager and deputising in their absence.
This role is critical as it will be one of the main drivers of delivering the best service possible. Whilst executing of all the higher value elements of the proposition, you also need to focus on networking and community, personal and team development to deliver commercial success.
