Associate - Nordics

We are looking for an exceptional Associate to join our investment team to focus on early stage investments the Nordics, as well as sector specific research. This is an exciting opportunity to be a core and integral player, where you will be right at the heart of the European early-stage tech ecosystem, working first-hand with some of Europe’s leading investors and entrepreneurs to shape the future of technology.

You will have the opportunity to build trust and gain the respect of the founders during the investment process and support our portfolio senior leadership teams throughout the company's growth. Internally, you will be an integral part of the investment team, supporting the Partners and Principals in all aspects of sourcing and due diligence. They will expect you to proactively contribute and defend ideas based on in-depth research and develop our presence in local communities across the Nordics. Our preference would be for you to be based in London, at least initially, but we’re open to candidates based in any other Nordic tech hub. Regardless - the role involves about 25-30% of your time spent travelling.
