Community Associate

There are three key components to this role:

• Deliver best-in-class service - welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Be one step ahead by naturally anticipating their needs and understanding their different requirements and expectations.
• Maintain high standards - conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds. Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, coordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues.
• Support a thriving community - act as a community promoter and ambassador. Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions. Seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.
