You'll drive growth and increase loyalty by providing customers with a proactive, white-glove experience as they use our products:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and a clear understanding of our product
  • Collaborate with other teams (notably product) to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information in the CRM system
  • Monitor customer accounts and health patterns to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Work to retain existing customers by ensuring they continue to see value in our product on a quarterly basis
