  • Develop and execute growth initiatives that are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage an experiment or program of work end to end, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Proactively check KPIs and metrics to critically assess performance against key objectives and drive tangible impact on business growth.
  • Calculate risks and assess opportunities from a number of different angles, including commercials.
  • Effectively communicate, including project updates and customer problems. Timely and clear communication with brand ambassadors and customers.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform growth strategies, measure performance, and optimise tactics.
  • Think outside the box, come up with creative solutions, and leverage available resources effectively.
  • Identify and champion key customer pain points and challenges, including documenting and playing this back to the business in an actionable way.
  • Build strong and meaningful connections within the diaspora community, leveraging these relationships to drive growth initiatives and expand our reach.
