As the In-House Legal Counsel at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining our legal functions, working closely with the Commercial, HR, and IP teams, among others. Your expertise will support our growing operational and strategic demands by handling legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, US, and Australia (supported by external expert counsel where required).This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact areas like corporate governance, employee share schemes, and litigation management. This role will report into our Co-Founder and Deputy Global CEO and has a clear pathway for career growth long term.
