Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager

That being said, we would love for candidates for be able to demonstrate these competencies:

• Product marketing – Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy, including product positioning, market intelligence, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with our product team to understand our offerings and create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
• Digital Marketing – Lead the development and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy, including online campaigns, website enhancement and maintenance, and digital content creation.
• Brand Management – Uphold and manage our already defined brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards and ensuring all activities align with our brand's vision and values.
• Event Strategy and Execution – Take the lead in strategising, organising, and executing all corporate events, which range from webinars and trade shows to customer appreciation gatherings and sponsored events. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these events reflect our brand ethos and contribute positively to our market visibility.
• Sales Enablement – Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that increase efficiency and productivity. This includes creating sales collateral, conducting market research, and providing training on new products or services.
• Customer Onboarding and Relationship Management – Develop and manage a customer onboarding process that ensures a smooth transition for new clients. This includes creating onboarding materials, coordinating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support as a relationship manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining these relationships and ensuring they align with our company's goals.
