Senior Business Development Manager

• Reporting to our Commercial Director, you'll build the Business Development strategy and spearhead our outbound (circa. 60%) and inbound (circa. 40%)
• You'll create and maintain relationships with Emerging Fund Managers, Founders and Syndicate Leads and work with our high-value target customers to incrementally raise their average lifetime value
• You'll be actively involved in the planning and implementation of "new" service lines and products, helping Odin scale from $1m to $10m in turnover
• You'll represent Odin by speaking at events and acting as a thought leader in the early-stage investment ecosystem
• You'll work closely with the product team to integrate partner offerings into our platform and ensure a seamless experience for our customers
