Senior Compliance Associate

We’re looking to hire a maternity cover Senior Compliance Associate to focus on monitoring reviews and controls. The position involves assisting the firm and senior management in relation to general Compliance issues relevant to the firm and its European operations. This is a generalist position in a small team that will focus on compliance monitoring in accordance with the monitoring plan (e.g. voice, personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment, compliance business area reviews), policy and procedure, complaints handling, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, regulatory change, SMCR compliance, and regulatory reporting.

In successfully fulfilling the role, the Compliance Associate will need to work collaboratively within the Compliance team, and closely partner with individuals in each business unit of the firm.
