Senior Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Senior Warehouse Manager who will oversee a hugely important environment within our business - making sure the day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll strategically lead a team of Supervisors and Associates to oversee all elements of the warehouse operations including sortation and daily dispatch. Working within our Live Ops team across at the warehouse with some time spent at head office, you’ll report to the Live Operations Lead. The ideal candidate is excited to take accountability for ensuring the day shift runs smoothly and can work diligently and independently to ensure all tasks are completed on time. This role requires strong computer literacy, organisation skills and a professional work ethic.

In this role, you’ll engage with key member of the business from Operations Excellence, Data, Engineering and Fleet Management. Furthermore, you’ll track and drive both the operational goals and metrics, while regularly presenting your findings to the senior leadership team.

Due to the quick nature of HIVED’s scaling business, you must be able to adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities. You will likely need to be at the depot five days a week for around 10 hours each day - you will need to have flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.
