A key role in the business, you will be leading all asset creation work for the Fable & Mane brand, supporting the Global GM and the founders. Based on the Brand’s values, its heritage, the business and marketing priorities, you will lead with your team the development and the consistency of the visual identity, brand codes and assets from A to Z for a use throughout the various channels: social, product, media, events, partnerships, POS, digital...etc.

You will ensure that all aspects of the design related to the brand is maintained to a high level, with particular emphasis on image. You will be responsible for directing and producing crafted, engaging, authentic content true to the brand pillars that deliver commercial results. You will help to recruit, lead, manage and support a visual production team delegating to them and other department heads. You will also brief and coordinate external freelance talents.
