Aditi Kibe-Heal

Aditi Kibe-Heal is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the digital and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors. She co-founded SIPGOOD in April 2022, where she serves as the Chief Growth Officer, aiming to revolutionize the way people drink water. Prior to SIPGOOD, Aditi worked as an Interim Marketing Director, freelancing for DTC brands focused on sustainability, including Draught Drop, the UK's first refillable beer and wine company.

Her notable tenure at Unilever spanned over seven years, where she held multiple leadership roles. As the Haircare Transformation Director and Director of Design 4 Channel, she launched Unilever’s first DTC site for home and hygiene brands and led a significant €1.5 billion transformation program. Additionally, as the Amazon Marketing Director, she significantly boosted ROAS by 10x and spearheaded the Design 4 eCommerce digital transformation initiative.

Before Unilever, Aditi co-founded Deloitte Digital, focusing on digital strategy and customer experience, and worked at Cartesian, analyzing telecom, media, and tech sectors. Her early career included a role as a Legal Assistant at Sanford, Wittels & Heisler, LLP. Aditi's career reflects her dedication to driving growth and innovation in digital marketing and eCommerce.
