Ahmed Arif is the Co-Founder and the Chief Strategy Officer of Clara (www.clara.co), a legaltech platform that gets startups venture-ready by empowering founders to form holding companies, create key startup legal agreements, manage their cap table, share their profile with investors and successfully navigate funding rounds.

Previously, he was at Freshfields, where I spent over 10 years specialising in M&A, advising both strategic and financial investors (including banks, family owned business and international and regional private equity houses) across the Middle East, north and east Africa, Turkey and south east Asia.
