Arjun Singh Deep is the Co-Founder of Reflect, a London-based startup revolutionizing skincare by simplifying the process of understanding individual skin needs. Founded in June 2023, Reflect eliminates the confusion caused by social media and marketing noise, offering an ecosystem for effortless skin tracking. Deep’s personal experiences with skincare challenges inspired his mission to create an accessible, data-driven approach to help users save time and money while achieving better skin health.

Arjun also has a diverse background in venture capital and strategic research. As an intern with Ignite XL Ventures in 2024, he honed skills in deal sourcing and investment thesis development, identifying over ten high-potential investment opportunities using AI-powered research tools. Earlier, during his internship at the National Research Group, he conducted in-depth research on AI risks and influencer profiling, providing strategic recommendations that enhanced industry collaborations and decision-making.

Beyond his professional ventures, Arjun co-hosted the Almost Brilliant Podcast from 2020 to 2021, showcasing his passion for communication and thought leadership.
