Currently, Asesh Sarkar holds the position of President and Co-founder of Fin Fit. He is also the Group CEO and Co-founderat Salary Finance. Salary Finance is the UK’s leading employee financial wellness platform.

Asesh Sarkar's career journey began as a Senior Consultant at Detica from July 2002 to April 2005, spanning 2 years and 10 months. Following this role, he assumed the position of Principal at PA Consulting Group, where he worked for 5 years and 1 month, from April 2005 to April 2010.

In June 2010, Asesh transitioned to the role of Assistant Director at Deloitte, where he spent 9 months. Subsequently, he returned to PA Consulting Group in February 2011, becoming a Partner and Member of the Management Group, a position he held for 4 years and 5 months until June 2015.

In June 2020, Asesh Sarkar co-founded Work Report, which was later acquired by Experian plc. He served as the CEO of Work Report for 2 years and 1 month, until June 2022.

In 2015, he became Group CEO and Co-founder (UK) at Salary Finance.

In addition to his role at Salary Finance, Asesh Sarkar also co-founded FinFit in April 2023, where he serves as President. This venture is active in the United States and has been in operation for 6 months.
