Chieu Cao

Chieu Cao is the Founder and CEO of Mintago, a comprehensive financial wellbeing platform for businesses, which he has led since July 2019. Based in London, Mintago simplifies financial management for employees, offering a single hub for accessing benefits, learning resources, pensions, and salary sacrifice schemes. By fostering smarter financial choices, Mintago aims to enhance the overall financial health of employees.

In addition to Mintago, Cao co-founded Perkbox, serving in various roles including Chief Marketing Officer and Advisor from 2010 to 2019. Perkbox is Europe's leading employee experience platform, focusing on financial, emotional, and physical wellness. He has also been involved with various companies as a non-executive director, investor, and advisor since 2018. Cao's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Huddlebuy, a benefits platform for businesses, and consulting in digital marketing and web strategy. His earlier career spans roles at major tech companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo!, and Amazon, where he held senior marketing and product management positions.
