Dipti Shah

Dipti Shah is an accomplished global HR leader with extensive experience driving business transformation, M&A, and diversity initiatives across EMEA, APAC, NA, and LATAM. As Global Chief People Officer, she led the people strategy during a Private Equity sale in 2024, scaling the workforce from 200 to 420 and boosting engagement and retention rates to 85%. Dipti increased female leadership representation to 51% and oversaw the integration of global payroll and HR systems, including ATS, LMS, and PMS platforms. She advised C-suite leaders, improved learning and development programs, and enhanced organizational performance.

Dipti co-founded TLC Rise, a global women's empowerment program, fostering self-awareness and leadership among women. As Global People Director, she navigated the organization through the pandemic, drove ESG initiatives, and managed global talent acquisition and mentoring. Her previous roles include HR leadership at NHS England, Affinity Water, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, and CARE International UK, where she optimized HR strategies, led post-merger integrations, and enhanced employee engagement. Dipti began her career at John Lewis Partnership, managing recruitment and development programs.
