Don-Paul Dhaliwal

Don-Paul Dhaliwal is the Co-Founder & CEO of Conigital Group, connecting city infrastructures with digital assets, transforming traditional industries to create profit, social impact and sustainability.

He obtained his BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Derby University.

He took on the role of Business Technology Consultant at Birmingham City University,  from December 2006 to June 2008.

He assumed the position of Regional Account Director at Refractiv,  from July 2012 to December 2013.

Returning to Birmingham City University, Don-Paul Dhaliwal spent 2 years and 3 months in various capacities, serving as a University Lecturer, Project Manager for IDEA and Birmingham Made Me, and holding the position of Associate Director for IDEA (Institute for Design and Economic Acceleration).

In September 2016, he took on a new venture as the Co-Founder and CEO of Conigital Group, a role he currently holds, marking the latest chapter in his professional journey that encompasses diverse roles in academia and business.
