Dr. Mridula Pore is a prominent leader in the digital healthcare sector with a rich background in various roles. Currently, she serves as an Advisor and Mentor for the LEAP programme at DigitalHealth.London since February 2024 and as an Advisor for the Women’s Health Innovation Summit, Europe at Kisaco Research since January 2024. Dr. Pore co-founded Peppy, a transformative digital healthcare solution, where she initially served as Co-CEO from September 2018 to December 2023 and now continues as Co-founder and Non-exec Chair.

At Peppy, Dr. Pore played a pivotal role in developing a platform that connects individuals to expert physical, mental, and emotional support via a secure mobile app. The platform initially focused on reproductive and family health, offering specialized support for fertility, pregnancy, and menopause, and later expanded to provide gender-specific healthcare. Peppy collaborates with employers and private medical insurers to enhance employee wellbeing, which in turn drives organizational success.

Before Peppy, Dr. Pore held significant positions including Consultant at Echo (now part of Pharmacy2U) in late 2018, Head of Partnerships at Medopad in 2017, and various leadership roles at Sandoz from 2013 to 2017, culminating as Head of Retail, UK. Her early career includes a tenure as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and an advisory role at Daitan Labs.
