Indy Hothi

Indy Hothi is the co-founder of Future Arc, Behind The Netra, and Masonwood Group. He's also the President of ICAS and a former emergency director/COO of Khalsa Aid.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Audit & Risk Committee at Metropolitan Thames Valley.

Indy Hothi began his professional journey as an Analyst at Deloitte in April 2008 and later worked as an Analyst at HSBC from June 2010 to September 2010.

He then joined YEY as a Corporate Finance Executive, where he contributed from August 2010 to September 2013.

During his tenure at YEY, he assumed the role of Senior Economic & Strategy Consultant, serving from September 2011 to August 2017.

In June 2016, he took on the position of Sector Investment Manager at the Department for International Trade (DIT), which he held until April 2017.

In January 2019, Indy Hothi became the Managing Director of Masonwood Group, where he continues to lead. He became the Director at Khalsa Aid International from July 2020 to August 2021 and as the President of ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs from April 2020 to April 2023.

Indy also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Audit & Risk Committee at Metropolitan Thames Valley since December 2022.

Additionally, he co-founded BTN Media on a full-time basis in July 2019 and co-founded Future Arc in September 2018.
