He is the Founder and CEO of Leela Capital Regulatory Solutions, a London-based firm offering FCA and SEC regulatory hosting services since April 2023. He also leads Leela Capital Advisory, an investment and advisory firm he established in 2015. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, corporate strategy, and financial oversight, making him a prominent figure in his field.

Jay’s career highlights include serving as an interim CFO for multiple organizations, such as Econic Technologies, Flash Pack, and onefinestay, where he spearheaded strategic financial operations and facilitated growth. Earlier, as CFO and Operations Director at Love Home Swap, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company. His experience extends to Rackspace Technology, where he managed sales operations across EMEA and APAC, and his directorial tenure at Pants to Poverty focused on sustainable operations.
