Jinden Badesha

Jinden Badesha is a seasoned entrepreneur and product strategist currently serving as Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Raylo, a pioneering company dedicated to advancing the circular economy. Since November 2018, Jinden has been instrumental in Raylo's mission to promote sustainability by enabling the lease-and-reuse of consumer electronics, fostering affordability and accessibility in the UK market. With a robust technology platform, Raylo aims to simplify the transition to a circular economy, starting with consumer electronics and expanding into other sectors such as bikes.

Prior to Raylo, Jinden gained extensive experience at Funding Circle UK, where he held progressively senior roles over 4 years and 6 months, culminating in Head of Product, Investor Experience. His tenure at Barclays and Barclaycard, spanning roles from Product Manager to Change Manager, equipped him with diverse skills in product management and leadership. Earlier in his career, Jinden honed his technical expertise as a Development Scientist at Oxford Instruments and contributed to national defense initiatives at the UK Ministry of Defence.
