Kimeshan Naidoo

Kimeshan Naidoo is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Board Observer at BX, where he leads engineering efforts to help farmers reduce their carbon footprint. Kimeshan has been instrumental in architecting and building BX's data model, backend API, AI systems, and deployment infrastructure, as well as launching core frontend apps for farmers and customers.

Prior to BX, Kimeshan co-founded Unibuddy, a student recruitment platform, where he served as CTO for nearly seven years. He was pivotal in designing and coding foundational products, recruiting a skilled engineering team, and transitioning to microservices. Under his leadership, Unibuddy scaled to serve over 3 million students and 650 universities, significantly boosting the company's growth and revenue.

In addition to his roles at BX and Unibuddy, Kimeshan has been involved in various other capacities, including serving as a Trustee at Ashinaga UK and a Project Engineer at SLB. His diverse experience and expertise in software engineering, leadership, and project management have consistently driven innovation and operational excellence in his ventures.
