Mae Yip is the Co-Founder of ERIC, an award-winning app that democratizes access to the creative industries. Since January 2021, she has been leading this innovative platform that connects young talent with career opportunities in the creative sector. Before ERIC, Mae co-founded ERIC Festival, the UK’s largest career festival for the creative industries, which attracted over 100,000 Gen Z attendees and collaborated with top employers such as BBC, Penguin Random House, and Warner Music. The festival successfully bridged the gap between career education and the workplace by hosting events at iconic venues like Somerset House and the Barbican.

Earlier, Mae co-founded LY Productions, a video production company focused on making high-quality video content accessible and affordable by connecting businesses with emerging talent across the UK. Her early career included five years at PwC as a Senior Associate and a brief stint as a Marketing Assistant at Splashlight in New York. Mae’s extensive experience across creative industries and corporate sectors reflects her dedication to empowering the next generation of talent and fostering diversity in creative careers.
