Pavandeep Rai

As Co-Founder and CEO of Kuma Health, a role undertaken since January 2024, Pavandeep Rai is spearheading efforts to transform care for immune-mediated disorders through personalized medicine. His leadership is marked by a strong focus on startup ventures and early-stage growth, leveraging his skills in business strategy and venture building to drive innovation in healthcare.

In addition to his work at Kuma Health, Rai has been a Fellow at ZINC since October 2023, where he is part of a mission-driven cohort focused on creating ventures that mitigate the health impacts of climate change. His professional journey also includes a significant tenure at PA Consulting, where he has served as a Senior Consultant since March 2023, specializing in digital health, life sciences, and qualitative research. Rai’s commitment to social impact and inclusive growth is further reflected in his role as a Non-Executive Director at GoodWork, a non-profit organization dedicated to making early careers fairer and more inclusive.
