Rhim Shah

Rhim Shah is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader with a rich history in building and scaling innovative ventures. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Arva AI, an AI-enabled business verification platform for banks and fintechs, supported by Y Combinator and other notable investors. Alongside this role, he is a member of The House of Fraud and a Product Advisor at Kastle (YC S24), reflecting his expertise in tackling fraud and enabling growth in the fintech space.

Previously, Rhim held senior product roles at Job&Talent and Revolut, where he led teams focused on U.S. growth and financial crime prevention, respectively. His product advisory experience at Rita Data, along with internships at Google and AWS, further highlight his strategic and technical acumen. Rhim’s entrepreneurial journey began with founding Haptoid Web Development and Vir Publishers, ventures that laid the groundwork for his success. Notably, he co-founded Carbon Codes, a sustainability-driven startup that exited to VeganCard Ltd.
