Sakshi Chhabra Mittal‍

Sakshi Chhabra Mittal is the Founder and CEO of The FoodHak, a London-based startup delivering personalized, science-backed meals approved by medical experts. She founded the company in February 2021, applying her passion for health and food as medicine. Prior to that, Sakshi was an investor with SoftBank Investment Advisers, where she spent nearly six years backing and building tech-forward companies, particularly those at the intersection of technology and biology, with investments including Guardant Health, Vir Biotechnology, and Roivant Sciences.

In addition to her work with SoftBank, she served as a board member for companies such as Loggi and Roivant Sciences. Sakshi has also held positions in corporate development at Babylon Health and private equity at EPIC Investment Partners. Earlier in her career, she spent four years at Pfizer, gaining experience in regulatory affairs and drug licensing. Sakshi’s dynamic career reflects her commitment to innovation in health, food, and biotechnology, leveraging her expertise to drive meaningful change in the industries she works in.
