Sanjay Lobo

Sanjay Lobo is a dynamic leader with a rich background in marketing, business development, and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Chief OnHander at OnHand, the impact app since January 2019, Sanjay has been pivotal in creating the world’s leading platform for engaging employees in volunteering and sustainability actions. This platform helps companies address climate change and deliver social good across various areas, including food poverty, youth mentoring, and elderly support, with all efforts tracked to highlight their impact.

In addition to his role at OnHand, Sanjay is a Non-Executive Director at Investors in People, where he supports their mission to improve workplace environments. He also served as a Board Member at OxFizz from April 2018 to November 2022, contributing to widening access to top UK universities by leveraging volunteer efforts.

Previously, Sanjay founded Wolf Factory, providing early-stage growth advisory services, and held various leadership roles at Vista. At Vista, he launched the Vistaprint Corporate business in the US and EU, scaled partnerships, and led marketing and M&A activities across Europe. His extensive career includes executive roles at lastminute.com, Travelocity, and Sabre Corporation, where he managed significant M&A and partnership activities. Sanjay began his career as a solicitor, gaining early-stage company and ecommerce law experience at Olswang (now CMS).
