Simone Oloman

Simone Oloman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Need It For Tonight (NIFT), an on-demand closet service revolutionizing fashion delivery in London. Since founding NIFT in January 2022, she has combined her passion for style and efficiency to offer curated selections of independent labels and hidden gems, delivering the city’s trendiest styles to customers within 90 minutes. NIFT eliminates the hassle of online scrolling and crowded boutiques by bringing personalized fashion directly to consumers’ doorsteps.

In addition to her entrepreneurial role, Simone has been a Personal Development Volunteer with CodeYourFuture since April 2020, supporting refugees aspiring to become developers through an 8-month web development program. She is also a member of Curve Club, an exclusive community for founders and investors launched in 2023. Her previous experience includes leadership roles at Futr AI as Head of Retail and Retail Lead, a Technology Consultant at Propel London, and an Events Coordinator at The Lunch Circle. With a strong background in tech, fashion, and community development, Simone continues to blend innovation with purpose across her ventures.
