Sumu Sethi

Sumu Sethi is an experienced executive with over 21 years at Roche, currently serving as Chief of Staff since March 2023. Based in Welwyn Garden City, England, she is skilled in business transformation, marketing strategy, and executive team leadership.

Previously, Sethi was the Digital Health Director from February 2019 to April 2024 in Basel, Switzerland, where she drove personalized healthcare initiatives and co-created digital health strategies. Her role involved working closely with molecule teams to address unmet needs and key customer requirements in the clinical care setting.
