Tushar Agarwal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hubble, the UK’s largest flexible workspace platform. Since 2014, Tushar has led Hubble’s mission to transform the way businesses access workspace solutions, catering to companies ranging from startups to large corporations. Hubble offers innovative solutions, including full or part-time offices and on-demand access to thousands of workspaces. The platform helps businesses optimize office expenses while enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity, reflecting Tushar’s vision for adapting to the evolving needs of modern work environments.

Before founding Hubble, Tushar participated in the Entrepreneur First program, a six-month accelerator that sharpened his entrepreneurial skills and catalyzed Hubble's inception. The program exposed him to the fast-paced world of startups, where he honed his ability to iterate and innovate. Tushar's financial expertise stems from his prior experience in investment banking, with roles at Greenhill & Co., Barclays, RBS, and Morgan Stanley, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategy.
