His role involved implementing the renowned Kumon Method, managing daily operations, and tailoring learning strategies to help students develop strong foundational skills in mathematics and English.

Before his entrepreneurial journey, Uzeyr spent four years as an Assistant Faculty Lead in Computing and Business at EFA Trust.
