Uzma Rafiq is the Demand Generation Global CRM at Affinity.co, the CRM for Deal Makers. Relationship Intelligence, Reimagined.

She earned a BA in Abrahamic Religions, Philosophy, and Theology from the University of London.

She began her career at Cheetah Digital, where she worked as a Client Campaign Executive and then as a Field Marketing Manager, UK, for three years and two months.

Afterward, she joined Braze, taking on the roles of Inbound Marketing Manager, EMEA, and Field Marketing Manager, Northern Europe, for one year and three months.

She also co-founded the Muslims@Braze ERG.

Uzma currently works at Affinity.co, where she has held the positions of Senior Demand Generation Manager, EMEA, and Demand Generation, Global, since July 2022.
