AutogenAI is looking for a capable and driven Delivery Director to onboard our clients and to help the users of our technology get the most out of the software. This is a great opportunity to join our team at a pivotal time of growth. The role will lead a team of Delivery Managers and would suit a capable team leader with excellent project management, relationship building and training/teaching skills.

Day to day responsibilities

• lead the Delivery team
• lead and be accountable for adoption
• lead the development of a world class user onboarding experience
• lead the development of a world class training curriculum
• ensure accurate and timely reporting on key usage, adoption and user satisfaction metrics
• become the inhouse expert on our core user’s profile and needs
• work with the leadership team to devise strategies on how best to meet and exceed user expectations
• work closely with the Head of Account Management and Chief Revenue Officer to forecast and plan
• drive ongoing excellence across the delivery team
