Fraud Operations Analyst

• Review alerts and investigate potential fraud cases to identify and prevent fraudulent activity, protecting our customers and the business
• Assist the fraud team with day-to-day tasks, working collaboratively to improve our fraud prevention systems and processes
• Suggest improvements to the alert system, processes, and tasks based on your analysis and experience, helping to build a more efficient and effective fraud protection strategy
• Support in data analysis, including basic tasks using tools like Excel and SQL, to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity
• Collaborate with other teams to implement solutions that improve fraud detection, streamline workflows, and enhance overall security
• Learn and develop with the goal of moving to a more senior position over time, including responsibilities for more complex fraud investigations and potentially building tools and rules to improve fraud detection
