Who we are looking for:

As an Industrial Designer with at least 5+ years of experience in the Product Development industry, you possess a diverse skill set and extensive knowledge across the entire product lifecycle. Your professional background includes working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, giving you a comprehensive understanding of their needs and challenges. You have successfully navigated various mass production processes, taking concept designs through multiple stages of the product development lifecycle.

Empathy towards end-users is at the core of your design philosophy, and you prioritize their needs in every project you undertake. From project initiation to completion, you enjoy tackling intricate product problems, breaking them down into logical steps to create clear and effective solutions. Hands-on work excites you, and you have a proven track record of developing research stimulus and proof-of-concept prototypes to drive design developments. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you are adaptable to change and respond swiftly to meet project demands.
