You'll be responsible for:

• Setting strategic goals and OKR's paying close attention to operational efficiency across the business.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• You'll lead on the adoption and integration of AI technologies and other automation technologies.
• You'll play a key role in leading a 50+ strong Member Services team.
• Regular communication to the SLT on key initiatives across the business.
