As the manager, you’ll lead a small, tight-knit team working seamlessly together and taking care of your team members. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and profitability of your site, as well as actively drive and join in the sustainability of BAO. The position necessitates a specific mix of strong leadership, strategic vision and practical management skills to successfully propel business growth and enhance overall performance, through these 5 aspects: People, Product, Property, Profit and Planet.
