People Operations Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and committed People Operations Officer, responsible for engaging with and supporting our excellent warehouse staff and team of drivers as the first port of call for all questions and concerns.

This is an incredible opportunity to lay the groundwork for for our drivers and warehouse staff, supporting our growing team to feel consistently engaged, motivated, and appreciated. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of People Operations or HR experience in an operational business working with large numbers of employees. They will need to bring a positive and friendly attitude and have a high propensity to learn and develop. They will also need to be flexible on working hours, comfortable working evenings and weekends as required to ensure there is the necessary contact time with all shift patterns.
