Product design (User research/ UX)

The role is: - User-centric: lots of research for both chefs and customer interviews, prioritizing problems based on what will drive growth - UX design: solutionising and creating quick designs - Ability to work with existing Figma components, and ideate and execute - Validating + testing + measuring: Once the feature is out, did it move the needle for our KPI? What can we do to change, tweak and run more experiments that moves the needle for say conversion, sharing with friends etc
