Senior AI Engineer

As our first Senior AI Engineer, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our AI strategy, own the model lifecycle end-to-end, and drive impact across two major areas

• In-App Personalisation & Productsome text
  • Create deeper personalisation features.
  • Leverage GenAI technologies to provide highly tailored recommendations and user experiences.
• Back-Office Operationssome text
  • Streamline tasks within member support and other operational teams.
  • Build AI agents or tools that automate or significantly enhance day-to-day workflows.
  • Develop internal training materials to help non-technical colleagues harness AI in their work.
    

This is a hands-on technical role. You’ll work closely with our Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to bring AI-driven features to life, while also acting as an internal AI evangelist—sharing best practices, setting up model observability, and ensuring our AI initiatives align with Yonder’s mission and values.
