Senior Analytics Engineer

Your mission will be to give Birdie customers insight into the quality and efficiency of the care they deliver, highlighting where and how they can improve. You’ll be attacking this as part of a small, dedicated analytics product squad including a product manager and a data engineer.

The team will rely on you to bring their ideas for success metrics to life. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the full flow of data—from ingestion to transformation, and finally, presentation. As a trusted expert, you will guide the team in ensuring that metrics are not only easy to understand but also actionable. This includes designing drill downs to allow customers to uncover meaningful insights and drive informed decisions. Your work will play a critical role in turning data into an empowering tool for improving care delivery.
