• Bring new structures & products from concept right through to go live.
• Structure deal flow, finding the right product structure, creating term sheets and getting all key stakeholders aligned.
• Develop deep knowledge on our underlying structures, contributing to their enhancement and opening them up to wider use cases.
• Driving down operational costs and increase efficiency
• Work closely with team members across the company from Tech & Product to Compliance to ensure our products are at the cutting edge of the industry
