We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a technical customer care role in either the tech, IT or telecoms industry & is hungry to learn & develop.

- Obsessive of detail - you don't settle for second best, you are highly uncomfortable with failure, you continuously look to evolve and put the hard miles in to be the best you can be.
