Spring 2025 Founders Cohort

Our mentorship program provides tailored guidance to tackle critical challenges for 20 early-stage founders.

We connect you with mentors who have successfully built and exited companies, or leaders from top tech firms, ensuring you get the support you need - whether you’re validating your startup or gearing up for fundraising! 

• You’ll have 30-min long, bi-weekly calls with your mentor for a period of 10 weeks
• You’ll be a part of a community with some of the most influential people in the ecosystem 
• You’ll have a chance to attend cohort-exclusive workshops & socials

• Applications Open - 25th February 2025
• Applications Close - 17th March 2025
• Mentor Allocations - 24th March 2025
• Mentorship Starts - 31st March 2025
• Mentorship Ends - 9th June 2025

• You must not have raised venture capital funding yet.
• You must register as a director for the company in Companies House.
• You must live in the UK. 
• You must be a member of The Bae HQ community (it's free).
• You must respect your mentor's boundaries and time!
