Aishwarya Agarwalla is an ambitious professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, venture incubation, and operations. Currently, she serves as a Founder’s Associate at The Bae HQ, a dynamic community empowering high-growth British Asian entrepreneurs, investors, and operators. Her role focuses on fostering innovation and collaboration among emerging leaders in the UK’s startup ecosystem.

Previously, Aishwarya spent two years with Kickstart Global, the UK’s largest cross-university incubator. As Programme Director, she played a pivotal role in nurturing over 100 startups, collectively raising £33M in funding. She spearheaded initiatives to position Kickstart Global as a launchpad for ambitious student entrepreneurs, with a vision to emulate Y Combinator’s success. Her contributions extended to roles as Co-Head of the Incubation Programme and a member of the Accelerator Team.
