Anshu Ahuja
Anshu Ahuja is a Co-Founder of DabbaDrop, a pioneering zero-waste takeaway service established in April 2018. Based in the London Metropolitan Area, DabbaDrop delivers ready-to-eat meals in sustainable, plastic-free tins (dabba) via bicycles, offering a seamless oven-to-table experience within 30 minutes. The initiative emphasizes eco-conscious dining and urban sustainability.
Before co-founding DabbaDrop, Anshu had a successful career in television production. She served as a Series Producer at LABEL1 TELEVISION LIMITED (2015–2017), producing Channel 4's The Job Interview (Series 1 and 2). Previously, she held the same role at Twenty Twenty TV (2014–2015), producing Channel 4's First Dates. From 2010 to 2013, Anshu was a Senior Producer at Dragonfly Film and Television, contributing to acclaimed series like The Hotel (Series 1 and 2) and One Born Every Minute.
