Anton Padmasiri

Anton Padmasiri is the Founder and CEO of WealthOS, a fintech company based in London, since October 2019. With nearly five years at the helm, he has spearheaded the development and growth of the platform, leveraging his extensive background in pension products and financial services.

Prior to founding WealthOS, Anton was a Senior Product Manager at Smart Pension from January 2019 to October 2020. Here, he played a crucial role in upgrading the global workplace pensions technology infrastructure, providing subject matter expertise, and leading the product owner organization. His tenure at Smart Pension was marked by significant contributions to the development and release of new features for user organizations.

Before Smart Pension, Anton spent over seven years at Fidelity International. Initially joining as a Proposition Development Manager in August 2011, he progressed to Senior Product Manager and later to Associate Director for Pension Product. At Fidelity, he led major projects including the relaunch of the SIPP product, implementation of pension freedoms, and compliance with MiFID II. His career began at Edward Jones Ltd as a Senior Operations Specialist, followed by a role as a Product Strategist at Towry, and earlier as an Investment Adviser at John Keells Holdings, providing a strong foundation in financial services and product strategy.
